Unfortunately it doesn't drop anywhere else.
Bring some friends along and lots of patience, run down the beach when they don't spawn and change server once in a while.
Took me several days to farm this on 4 devices, so I would recommend sticking with altoale sector until Minuala opens up.

Guess gonna cap Altoale and see what else is available after thanks! |
