I saw a video of a counter bishop and it seems like something I'd want to try out. What constitutes a bishop counter set? Tilt can answer this better than I can but I'm gonna take from her guide here real quick. It doesn't explicitly list a counter set but she does mention if they have a counter. Resty Rod for the Spell Boost buff Viola for the Dark Counter Dark Priest Robe UP for the autoskill and another Counter Dnewt/Brave Bangle Mezza This also comes from my knowledge as an Enchanter on counters haha. There are probably other good options as well. On TiltTube, her YouTube account was where I saw the video (I think). In it she used dpr up and dragon newt with mezza (again, I think-lol I watched it a month or so ago so memory is hazy) Someone who was both super knowledgeable and also a liar it turned out, explained enchanter counters as being "physical counters" which they said didn't actually counter damage so much as nullify it. But whether or not it counters back or nullifies it, or both, I think a bishop that would be more to my liking-able to kill bosses instead of sitting on the sidelines-would have to be countering damage back, and max out the special stat colors for magic pierce and the usual surviving

Dragon Mail, Judgement, and another one if I remember right so not a liar xD. They are however pretty bad damage compared to what you can do with DPR/Viola.

My full counter set is
Resty rod Cleric robe or dpr Medic pouch or viola or snow earmuff Brave bangle(sofys) or brave bangle (annubites) or spell ring (mezza)
Never tried d.mail on the set. Isnt that just a defensive type countwr that negates damage at a low chance?

I'm sure Dark Blast/Holy Light would do a lot more damage though.

The highest dealing damage class is actually samurai especially with dual blow build. It can spam 300k+ or more per second. Not even any class can par up to that. HW needs 1 sec to cast and 1 sec for skill delay to be able to spam skills. The dual blow build is the hardest to get at the moment since it requires what you called "patience".
PS: getting this build is also rage inducing

PS: getting this build is also rage inducing This sounds interesting. Could you elaborate more about this build? Let me explain from the beginning. Dual Blow is a pet skill learned by Kijimu/Santa Piton at 50. You need to feed the right "food" at 49 to be able to get it. In Kijimu's case, it should be "Crab Scissors". Now, what is Dual Blow? -Dual Blow is a pet skill that allows you to attack 2 times and has 4 secs cd. So how does this work? - You need the right stat build and equipment in order to use it well. Starting with weapon, Muramasa is the best weapon for it. For armor, it could be Exelis 3rd or Ira(not yet out). For addgear, there are many equipments you can use. Glory Cape, Daiginjo upgraded, Huge Cherry Blossom upgraded or so. For special equipment, Atleta Ring slotted is the best(it doesnt trigger the -hp). For xtals, on weapon should be Ziddu, you need that autoskill so badly. On Armor should be "Dajat/Dajart", it should come out on a few more updates or so. For addgear, the almighty Raton or you can use elemental xtals like Capt. Beelzem if you are doing Nommar. And the last one should be Warrior of Light. What about abilities? - You obviously need Autoskill 4/5, Quickcools and Technique(if you are using Daiginjo). Stats? - Considering the lvl cap at the moment which is 270, your stats should be 400+ str, 400+ agi, 130 crt, the rest is you can put at dex or vit whatever you like (you can do 128 dex and rest vit if you want more survivability). So what about the damage? - Ok so let's go with calculation, If you are loved by RNG gods, meaning most of the time you trigger autoskills, then it should be: Normal attack: 30k or more Wol autoskill: 30k or sooo Issen autoskill: 80k or more Dajart/Dajat: should be 15k+ or more Add all then multiply it by 2(because "Dual" blow, im speaking if all of these autoskills did proc at your 2 hits). Before I forgot, al xtals? - there are 2 ways actually, one is going red/green, the attack pattern or red/blue the autoskill pattern. Just get any atk+ or autoskill+ and it should be good. Now why is this build so hard to get? - You need to get your pet to lvl 50 and hope that it will learn the skill you needed(some learn other skills instead :v and getting pet to 50 is soooooooo loooonnnggg). PS: For people wondering what is Dajat/Dajart, its an xtal that grants atk and has attack autoskill(or wiki it :v) PSS: Suddenly your Kijimu(s) grows to lvl 50 and learned Mana Wave instead :v, I recommend to kill it with fire.

Still the same point, should be cap str and agi.

Agi = 1 atk with sword and evasion. Which is pretty important with Samu although it may not seem like it.
